    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student who is fluent in German to join our Customer Success team for 2 - 3 fixed days per week. As our Customer Success member you will play a vital role in communicating with and assisting our customers. This student job offers valuable hands-on experience in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and communication skills development.

    At Solar monkey we love making an impact by accelerating the transition to solar energy. We do this by giving solar installers super powers with our innovative software. This allows them to work much more effectively and install even more solar installations. With our software installers can easily design, sell and maintain solar power systems remotely. We are active in 3 countries and are about to expand our horizon internationally. We have seen the Dutch market grow x5 within 5 years and are ready to see the same impact in the rest of Europe

    What will you be responsible for?

    • Customer Communication: Initiating and maintaining contact with clients through calls and emails to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure satisfaction with our software and service.
    • Administration & Contracts: Handling administrative tasks related to client contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and processing contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Mailbox Management: Managing and organizing our mailbox by promptly responding to emails, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely follow-ups to inquiries or requests.
    • Customer Research: Conducting comprehensive research on our clients to gather relevant information, understand their needs and preferences, and identify opportunities for further engagement or improvement in service delivery.

      Who are our customers?

      Our market consists of solar panel installers. Sometimes these are self-employed, sometimes they are large installation companies that do not only panels but also heat pumps, charging stations and more. You immediately understand that you then have very different conversations. Some customers are very process-oriented. Others are not and then it is up to you to effectively make the translation between their wishes and the possibilities of our product. All your customers have one thing in common: they lack time and hands in the current market and hope to save a lot of time and money through our product. That is therefore where Solar Monkey's strength lies.

      Where will you be doing this?

      Our headquarters is located in The Hague, and we strongly believe that many creative ideas are best generated through real-life collaboration. Therefore, we encourage your physical presence in our office while you work, as it facilitates better teamwork and helps in your personal development. However, we also embrace a remote-friendly culture, allowing for the possibility to work from home when and if necessary.

      Who are we looking for?

      • You have a commercial mindset and know how to get things done
      • You are pro active and eager to learn (which you will do a lot at Solar Monkey)
      • You stand for open and honest communication
      • Your are fluent in German and English in speech and writing.
      • You are available between hours per week on fixed days (we can review each quarter)
      • You are following a commercial study (e.g. Commercial Economics, Marketing, etc.)
