Hello! 
My name is Przemyslaw (Just “P.” in case the amount of consonants is unbearable). I am on the search for a new challenge.

I am a fresh graduate B.Sc. Process & Food Technology, with a final grade of 8.6. Furthermore, I have an affinity for nature and the environment, what is a better way to protect it if not by controlling our actions? My head is full of ideas and possible applications for sustainable production, process and product development, or quality control in biotechnology, and food and beverage industries. My mission is to create sustainable solutions that provide high yield production and excellent quality products. I believe global problems can be resolved by simple solutions with a correct application.

DSM FIRMENICH, DELFT R&D 

Trainee Technician March 2023 - July 2023 

Validated the methods of Particle Size Distribution Analysis. Contacted manufacturers and suppliers for market research. Updated SOP of the lab equipment according to JSA. Planned and conducted product formulations and development. Investigated the rheology of the powder materials. Paved the way for future research and data management development.

MOYEE COFFEE, AMSTERDAM 

Junior Research And Development Engineer July 2022 - February 2023

Optimised process of my design for novel pectin extraction. Contacted potential suppliers and negotiated the prices. Organized cooperation between Moyee Coffee and The Hague University of applied sciences. Supervised two student research groups that decided to participate in this project as a part of their study.

 Food Process Research & Development Intern November 2021-April 2022 

Collected and reorganised harvest data crucial for process development. Researched the feasibility of a variety of pectin extraction methods. Analysed the procedure results and extract properties such as Yield, galacturonic acid content and esterification degree using UV-VIS and FTIR. Designed an industrial-scale pectin production incorporating ultrasound extraction and membrane filtration. Optimised process of my design for novel pectin extraction. Contacted potential suppliers and negotiated the prices. Organized cooperation between Moyee Coffee and The Hague University of applied sciences. Supervised two student research groups that decided to participate in this project as a part of their study.

Performed laboratory experiments and adjusted the procedures for educational purposes. Supervised students during laboratory practices. Composed clear operating procedures for the new laboratory equipment. Prepared chemical solutions, compounds, and equipment for laboratory and kitchen-based experiments.

Assistant Health Club Manager April 2017- April 2018

Managed Health Club in absence of the General Manager. Increased sales and met/exceeded the expected numbers of memberships. Improved the teamwork and efficiency of the staff members through training, 1-on-1 meetings, and modified tasks and responsibilities. Implemented social media daily task list. Created member activities that served the promotion of the club. Fixed pool and pool plant room issues that were bothering the venue for years.
