    About the vacancy

    Weare growing rapidly and are therefore looking to expand our Customer Servicesdepartment. In this role you are the face of NewCold & Davanti towards our customers. NewCold is a pioneer indeveloping and operating frozen automated warehouses that offer significantfootprint, labor, and energy reduction while increasing food safety. Davantiis a daughter company of Newcold and is the developer of the WMS software usedto manage the processes in the Newcold warehouses and the at 3th party clientsof Davanti.

    Youare part of an international team that operates from both Europe and the UnitedStates and is now expanding its reach to Australia.

    Forexisting customers, you are the first point of contact. They can contact youwith questions, requests for software adaptation, maintenance and development for multiple Value streams nextto the above-mentioned WMS. Your work is on coordinating and monitoringthose registered incidents & adjustments. You have a helicopter view and are the spider inthe web between the different Value Streams and departments.

    Withthis you contribute to the daily continuity of the customer's operations,because the software is part of their business-critical process. You will workin a team of 10 colleagues where collaboration and continuous improvement iskey.
    Furthermore,there is a lot of room in this function for personal development. For example, after a while,by following training courses, you can choose a direction in which you wouldlike to specialize and assume the Consultancy as a subject matter expert forthat specific field of expertise.

    What will you do?

    • First-line contact for both our internal & external customers.
    • Intake & problem solving of incoming incidents.
    • Coordinating incidents, status updates, adjustments and developments for both our customers, Davanti's Software & Solution developers and 3rd party suppliers.
    • Coordinating Requests for Changes.
    • You proactively inform our external customers and internal Product Managers about incident progress, planned software changes & new developments.
    • You participate in Agile stand ups with the Customer Service Department.
    • You have shifts in a 24/7schedule to supply service towards our clients. In average this is limited to an average of 2 days each month.
    • Assistance with onsite Implementation of certain Value Stream products, in consultation.
    • Frequent onsite visits to NewCold Warehouses for seamless collaboration with operations.

    Who are we looking for?

    • You have minimum 5 years reevant experience
    • Well organized and structured way if working
    • Helicopterview
    • It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Logistics processes and terminology, but if you do not have it, we ensure that you learn this knowledge by following courses and by the daily support of your colleagues
    • Ownership
    • Teamplayer
    • Able to work under pressure
    • You get satisfaction from helping and supporting customers in their daily business operations
