    We are looking for a Service Delivery Director who will beresponsible to lead a multidisciplinary team of experts inplanning, back office and logistics, process management,field services and software development.

    The Service Delivery Director will be part of thesenior management team of Future Connections.

    You and your team will deliver high qualityservices and solutions to enterprises and consumers on behalf ofour customers, with a key focus on optimising our processes andthe end customer journey, ultimately resulting in highsatisfaction levels for all.

    You will enhance existing customer relationships.You will understand the ever expanding customer requirements andmap them to Future Connections capabilities.

    The ideal candidate has a proven track record ofproject delivery, quality management of field services, processautomation and competence development in the telco access networkdomain.

    Responsibilities:

    · Accountable for theoptimum fulfilment of various contracts and projects aimedat delivering our services and solutions to telco operatorsand service providers in the Benelux region

    · Continuous improvementof our services, with particular focus on automating (zerotouch) our workflows to improve the customer journey

    · Commercial andoperational accountability for our key customers

    · Develop long term strategic, trust-based relationships withkey contacts within the customer base

    · Responsible for P&L/ accountable for cash management of the deliveryunit

    · Management, coachingand development of all team members

    We are looking for a full-time candidate (40hrs)
    Location: Office in Etten-Leur (Noord-Brabant), theNetherlands

    · 10+ year experience ina management role in the telco/IT domain

    · Knowledge of telco-ITILprocesses

    · Knowledge of workflowautomation and IT integration

    · Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills

    · High energy,self-motivated and persistent personality

    · Leader andcollaborator

    · Comfortable with somehands on work on aspects of agile / continuous improvementdelivery methodology

    · Fluent Dutch andEnglish is required
