    Als je een passie hebt voor het creëren van succesvolle producten en succesvolle teams, solliciteer dan naar de functie van Director IT Security Solutions Products. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van kansrijke proposities en producten die bijdragen aan de strategie en doelstellingen van een grote dienstverlener in het Nederlandse IT Security landschap.

    Samen met jouw team van productmanagers ontwikkel jij een eigen visie over de verdere ontwikkeling van IT Security in Nederland. Vervolgens ben je in staat jouw team te motiveren in de ontwikkeling en verkoop van een security portefeuille dat blijvend aansluit op de huidige en toekomstige IT Security uitdagingen van organisaties in Nederland.

    Functie omschrijving
    In deze functie behoor je tot het MT van een gerenommeerde dienstverlener in de IT Security. Jij zorgt voor de ontwikkeling van een IT Security producten portfolio dat aansluit bij de behoefte van zowel het MKB als de grootste organisaties in Nederland.

    Je leidt een team van product managers die rechtstreeks aan jou rapporteren. Je weet jouw team te motiveren en te begeleiden waar nodig. Je hebt ervaring met het verbeteren van prestaties op individueel en team niveau, en weet daarmee ambitieuze doelen te halen.

    Tevens heb je ervaring met het reilen en zeilen binnen een grote organisatie; het gelijktijdig bedienen van meerdere belanghebbenden gaat je gemakkelijk af. Dit moet ook, want jouw business unit brengt een groot gedeelte van de organisatie bij elkaar en hiermee draag jij bij aan een van de belangrijkste bronnen van inkomsten van deze omvangrijke dienstverlener.

    Gewenst

    • Aanzienlijke ervaring met product management en leidinggeven

    • Bij elkaar brengen van- en omgaan met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders

    • Ervaring met verandermanagement

    • Bedenken en verbeteren van processen

    • Client presentaties

    • Kennis van en ervaring met IT Security / Cyber Security is een pre
