    You make a difference as an ambassador of RGP, skillfully conveying our unique organization and opportunities to candidates. You will have insight into future demand and the ability to build a talent pipeline aligned with it, enabling RGP to achieve its future growth. You oversee the pipeline of (interim) candidates, continuously updating it and bringing suitable and available consultants to the attention of the Talent Management & Sales Team. You have focus and drive to find the best people in their field through direct sourcing, active networking, and proactive relationship building. You cultivate long-term relationships with interim professionals & consultants. You set high standards for all aspects of acquiring exceptional talent

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON


    * Coordinate and conduct active sourcing approaches for consultants to fulfil assignments on behalf of RGP.
    * Build a strong network and community of candidates in preparation for RGP engagements.
    * Manage the recruitment process for new consultants including telephone screenings, face to face interviews and preparing profile one pagers for consultants to be presented to clients.
    * Turn "knowledge into action" in assessing potential talent by ensuring technical and cultural fit and make the appropriate recommendations to the account team.
    * Closely collaborate with Revenue Leads and Client Service team across Europe to better understand future needs for consultants, conduct searches in our database across Europe, prepare short and long lists to be discussed with Client Service Directors and present active sourcing strategies to find new talent.
    * Utilize your client knowledge to understand the essential success factors (knowledge, skills and attributes) of what it takes for a Consultant to deliver in the required roles.
    * Provide expert knowledge of our people by understanding their functional and technical areas of strength, personal and professional goals, and work preferences.
    * Facilitate the entire engagement life-cycle and provide first line support when consultants go on project with RGP.
    * Maintain our ATS concerning consultants and applicants.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    * 3+ years of recruiting experience within a professional services environment
    * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
    * An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, reacting quickly to daily matters, solving problems creatively and taking charge to always find a solution.
    * Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage and motivate people
