    Wat je gaat doen Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot, ben je een ster in plannen en organiseren en opzoek naar een nieuwe baan als Office Manager in een dynamische omgeving op de Amsterdamse Zuidas? In deze rol als Office Manager krijg jij de kans om je bezig te houden met een gevarieerd en uitdagend takenpakket. Zo beheer je de agenda en email van de Algemeen directeur en de teamleider Verenigingszaken, maak je afspraken en ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het boeken reizen en hotels, en voor en tijdens een event weet jij alles tot in de details te verzorgen. Vergaderingen plannen , inclusief het boeken van zalen en catering en het aanmelden van de bezoekers;
    On- en off boarden van de nieuwe medewerkers, waarvoor je onder andere een laptop en een telefoon regelt;
    Aanspreekpunt facility manager van de verhuurder van het pand;
    Naast je proactieve werkhouding en oog voor detail kun jij goed zelfstandig werken. Relevante werkervaring als Office Manager of management assistent;
    Kennis van en uitgebreide ervaring met het Microsoft Office pakket;
    Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als in geschrift;
    Beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 36 uur per week.

Onze opdrachtgever organiseert namens haar leden met ongeveer 20 hoogopgeleide collega's betrouwbaar, efficiënt, veilig en toegankelijk betalingsverkeer in Nederland met oog voor de wensen van belangenorganisaties.

    Een salaris tussen de €2900 en €3400 per maand op basis van fulltime;
    ~ Een baan voor 32 tot 36 uur per week;
    ~Recht op 6 weken vakantie op jaarbasis bij een fulltime dienstverband.
