Draw to technological innovation from early career days, I quickly established myself as Senior Executive in infrastructure transformation. I was heavily involved in the design, development and deployment of Oracle Cloud platforms, Cisco UCS platforms and green field datacentres across the region. 

I have fast experience in implementing global projects and networks across technology pillars (ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM and OCI) for EMEA region, and overcame key challenges to sustaining high availability and performance. 

I led teams to implement enterprise networks, and successfully delivered a Tier 3 greenfield Datacentre and Oracle Core banking applications and including API’s for Merchant and Saccos solutions for the SME’s (unlocking digital value chain) that served key clients EA region. I oversaw the full lifecycle from Incubation, Go-To-Market and initial client enquiry to post-implementation service management solutions.

I bring B2B,B2C  and SME verticals and govern all revenue-making strategies. I create and manager full sales cycle that brings together all commercial, technical, operational, and practice leads to service customer requirements 100%. 

From a technical standpoint, I am Oracle trained, currently pursuing MSc Information Technology(Security). I add the leadership skills that build trust, engagement, and commercial success for regional and global business. I am committed to guiding business strategy to serve customers, and to bring the latest technology innovations to market to provide ultimate value-added services to customers. Responsible for Benelux Oracle Cloud implementation solutions to help leading companies to Succeed. As Regional Sales Manager, reports to the Directors (shareholders) on creating and executing annual strategic Sales plans (Identify, Qualify and Close) across the business’ verticals (Enterprise, Mid-Market & Public Sector) through strategic sales plans across all Oracle application suite (ERP, EPM,HCM,SCM & PaaS).

  3. Enable development and alignment for joint value proposition and bundled offer for GTM strategies.:
  4. Align GTM penetration plans:  collateral and messaging materials, use cases, partner central, partner directory and partner sales training.
  5. Engaging with cross-functional teams across marketing, products dev, engineering, delivery and finance for better positioning.
  6. Enable and test Go-to-Market models for revenue strategies and partnership development opportunities that connect business services to customer requirements 
  7. Utilise direct sales techniques to identify, qualify and close net-new accounts. Defining and executing Win strategies and managing the entire sales process.
  8. Hands-on with major projects focused on digital transformation implementation service management methodologies (AIM, OUM, BPM, SOA).
