- Je voert de personeelsadministratie van Profuomo. Je beheert de personeelsdossiers, maakt arbeidsovereenkomsten op en verzorgt overige zaken zoals bijvoorbeeld werkgeversverklaringen;
- Je beheert en verbetert onze vacaturesite en LinkedIn Life site;
- Je stelt functieprofielen op voor nieuwe vacatures;
- Je beheert de ziekmeldingen;
- Je beheert onze HR-systemen: Recruitee (TMS), Loket (Personeelsadministratie) en Tamigo (WMS);
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het personeel dat in onze stores aan het werk is;
- Je organiseert interne en externe training voor het personeel

Als HR Officer ondersteun je de HR Manager in de verdere ontwikkeling van de HR-afdeling en met de dagelijkse taken. In deze functie houd je je bezig met HR-brede taken zoals talent management, werving & selectie en personeelsadministratie. Geen werkdag zal er hetzelfde uitzien. Samen met de HR-manager zorg jij ervoor dat de ongeveer 100 collega's op kantoor, magazijn en in onze brand stores zich ontwikkelen en zo iedere dag weer een topprestatie kunnen leveren.
