What do you do on a daily basis?

Assume responsibility for sales operations within the designated portfolio, aligning with the business plan to meet budgetary objectives in both export and import sectors;
Ensure consistent business expansion while upholding profitability standards and adhering to group policies;
Lead internal teams, offering regular feedback to foster alignment, engagement, and motivation;
Analyze statistical data to pinpoint business opportunities within the assigned accounts;
Leverage CRM to input pertinent information accurately and promptly, maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines;
Provide timely and accurate data for commercial forecasting, monitoring closely and adjusting for deviations as needed;
Develop a proactive weekly activity plan, anticipating requirements, scenarios, and strategic needs;
Engage with all customers within the portfolio, managing information effectively for optimal customer value;
Establish and maintain professional communication channels with all stakeholders;
Facilitate collaborative initiatives with group entities;
Represent and advocate for the company at relevant events such as trade fairs, seminars, and industryrelated gatherings;
Take ownership of key tasks outlined in targets, including sales calls and sales leads.

Requirements:
Who are you?

Proficiency in Dutch and English is required;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in the industry;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools;
Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards;
Strong communication skills;
Negotiation prowess and solid business acumen.

Working conditions:

A salary between 2.500 and 5.600 euros per month, based on experience;
Pension plan with contributions entirely covered by the company;
