    Lead Consultant SAP Analytics – Utrecht Een vaste werkplek en een vast team met de voordelen van werken voor een ICT-bedrijf Opdrachtgever
    Onze opdrachtgever maakt onderdeel uit van een internationale ICT organisatie en behoort in Nederland nog steeds tot een van de toonaangevende ICT bedrijven. Zij zijn onderverdeeld in overzichtelijke units met een grote betrokkenheid van het management, die deels ook zelf ingezet zijn binnen de klantorganisatie cq. het project.

    • Onze opdrachtgever biedt je direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
    • Parttime werken, minimaal 32 uur met hybride optie mogelijk;
    • Aan ontplooiing en ontwikkeling wordt serieus aandacht besteed, opleiding zijn via de eigen organisatie te volgen, dan wel bij externe opleiders;
    • Werken in een hecht team op een vaste werkplek in langdurige en uitdagende projecten;
    • Grote betrokkenheid cq. meewerken van het management;
    • Salarisindicatie afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring tot ca. € 80.000,- bruto per jaar;
    • Prima arbeidsvoorwaarden die passen bij een ICT bedrijf, waaronder mobiliteitsvergoeding of lease-auto;
    • Standplaats: midden Nederland, regio Utrecht

    Als Lead Consultant SAP Analytics binnen een complexe projectorganisatie ben je belast met het voortouw nemen in SAP-analytics projecten en het leveren van op maat gemaakte oplossingen die de complexiteit van de omgeving weerspiegelt. Je vermogen om alle belanghebbenden mee te nemen in de aangeboden oplossingsrichting op basis van best practices in de markt is van cruciaal belang.

    Verantwoordelijkheden:

    • Leiden van de implementatie en optimalisatie van SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA en SAP Analytics Cloud omgeving binnen een complexe projectomgeving.
    • Definiëren van een Logisch Data model tbv. Diverse Lines of Business.
    • Ontwerpen en implementeren maatwerk analytische oplossingen die voldoen aan de specifieke behoeften van de organisatie en rekening houden met de diverse belangen van een groot aantal stakeholders.
    • Actief communiceren en samenwerken met belanghebbenden en stakeholders op verschillende niveaus en afdelingen van de organisatie om consensus te bereiken.
    • Leiden teams Architect(en), Informatie analisten, business analisten, autorisatie consultant en Young Professionals.
    • Effectieve rapportage aan projectleiding en bewaking van voortgang van project activiteiten.

    Gevraagd

    • Minimaal een afgeronde en erkende HBO-opleiding;
    • Ruime ervaring binnen complexe omgevingen en het omgaan met stakeholders op alle niveaus.
    • Ruime aantoonbare ervaring met het definiëren van modellen (ERD, LDM) de informatie voorziening voor complexe organisaties binnen de overheid.
    • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, tact en diplomatie;
    • Leiderschapskwaliteiten om teams te begeleiden en te motiveren.
    • Analytisch en communicatief sterk;
    • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (min. C1-niveau ) in woord en geschrift;
    • In het bezit van de Nederlandse nationaliteit, ivm. screening (must);
    • In het bezit van de volgende certificaten:
      • SAP Certified Application Associate – BW/4HANA
      • SAP Certified Application Associate – Analytics Cloud.
