IT Global Service Delivery Manager – Worldwide Portfolio (2017-2022) 

Delivery management of technology enhancements in the $20MM digital finance transformation space. Implementation and support along with planning and executing Capex/Opex budgeting process, capacity forecasting, and resource management. End to End Service Delivery application portfolio spans business practices from Supply chain management, Legal, Finance Operations (AR, Collections, Analytics, Payment processing), FP&A, Tax, and Treasury with their underlying technology (Hyperion, Nakisa, Vena, TP, Vertex, Paymetric, etc.) and infrastructure (on-premise and Azure) as well as interfacing with Accelerate(SAP S4 Implementation project).

Accountable for vendor management, year-end closure support, SOX Audits (Security), SOC1/SOC2 & GDPR compliance, HA/DR and M&A support, and end-to-end ITIL-based service delivery (with support from major global IT service providers).  • Exceeded 97% SLAs, 90+ CSAT scores, and 0 P1’s in thus ensuring service excellence throughout the service lifecycle for the last 3 years using ServiceNow ITSM architecture, capabilities, and operations.

IS ERP Program Manager, Global Finance Group Information Office (2015-2017)

• Improved utilization of the workforce by a shift from manual to automated processes and met strategic objectives through the implementation of SaaS solutions for the Corporate Finance organization.

 • Led first comprehensive year-end finance systems support to ensure flawless closure of books and SEC reporting. Was involved in the initial stages of SAP S/4 commercial template roll-out.

Global IT Program Manager, PLM/R&D Systems (2014-2015)

Managed technical and project-focused teams comprised of 5 full-time Business Analysts and Project Managers and 6 technical contractors supporting the Instruments, Medical, and Neurovascular divisions. Concentration on analysis, management, development, and implementation of various R&D systems like Windchill, Agile PLM, etc. for change, design and document controls, compliance, product cost, BOM, and risk management. Experience delivering technology and workplace solutions in a Medical Device regulated environment with solid knowledge of relevant Quality/Regulatory standards (i.e. cGMP, CFR Part 11, etc.). Proficiency in PLM SDLC,  documentation, testing, and release cycle protocols including business requirements documentation, test scenarios/data/execution, cutover, hypercare, project planning, and status reporting.

 • Saved $1MM with improved capabilities delivered on time and below budget through support and development of PLM strategies & roadmap planning focused on project execution, delivery, and support.

Infosys Technologies Limited                                                                                                              2013-2014

Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) Blueprinting Lead, Diebold, Akron, OH, USA                           

Led project responsible for the consolidation of Legacy PLM systems and implementation of Windchill PLM and ERP PLM connectivity for product master data management.

 •   Ensured the manufacturing site had the most recent product information available on the manufacturing floor through PLM-ERP connectivity.

 •   Reduced support cost by $500K through decommissioning out-of-date legacy systems.

PLM Project Manager, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Milwaukee, WI, USA

As a part of Infosys Managed Services Contract, I ran 2 large consecutive projects:  (1) Led team of 5 client IT resources and 5 Infosys resources on successful implementation of Creo2/Windchill PDM Link 10.1 upgrade and Windchill 10.1 ProjectLink. (2) Led team of 4 consultants for cutover planning and long-term sustainability of Windchill Flex 10.1 Phase 2 implementation. Supported delivery leadership in monthly, quarterly, and annual business planning; Tracked and reviewed portfolios, provided quality process compliance, deliverable quality management, and project/account risk management. Supported the company’s account-based alliances with PTC. Supported sales process including preparation and review of proposals and presentations, engagement and deal pricing model construction, commercial terms/conditions and value proposition framework application, and preparation of Statement of Work agreements.

 • Met team SLA’s through comprehensive training and oversight of 5 technical consultants to ensure the stability of operations and optimal handling of ticket volume. 

 • Reduced dependence on manual work thus enabling time savings through utilization of most current technology while advancing business objectives.

 • Facilitated $20MM in new contracts for Infosys by supporting the sales engagement process. 

 • Drove an additional $12MM in sales through team implementations of SCRUM, SaaS, and COE differentiator initiatives in the PLM space.

ITC Infotech USA, Inc.                                                                                                                                      2010-2013

Program Manager, Caterpillar, Peoria, IL, USA                                                                              

Single point of contact for identifying and addressing client’s business needs; Built, maintained, and leveraged networks of client relationships and managed resource requirements. Provided expert-level development, infrastructure, release management, and QA oversight. Led strategic and business revenue planning, reviewed and approved timesheets and invoices, tracked and controlled expenses, prepared statement of work documents, provided pre-sales support and delivered management and competency development for the team. 

 • Grew the Windchill consultant team from 3 to 18, generating over $1MM in annual revenue.

Stryker Corporation                                                                                                                              2008-2010

Lead, PLM 

Built and managed a team of 12 offshore FTE Windchill PLM consultants. Provided staff augmentation, project-based, and managed services for multiple divisions of Stryker globally. Created and activated PLM center of excellence in India enabling servicing of global divisions including Spine, Trauma, Navigation, Instruments, Orthopedics, and Endoscopy.  Working knowledge of Quality & Reliability Management, Regulatory Compliance, Product Analytics, 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, Systems Validation Methodologies, DHF, DMR, HIPAA, and FDA regulatory requirements.

 • Created and operationalized the PLM Center of Excellence at Stryker Global Technology Center, India to service multiple global Stryker divisions resulting in $1.5MM in cost avoidance to the corporation.

 • Streamlined software solutions utilized throughout the organization via the implementation of strategic IT roadmaps.

 • Conducted PLM vendor RFP evaluation for offshore services for upgrade and migration ensuring the most cost-effective services were employed.
