About the position

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have a Master's degree in Finance/Αccounting or equivalent as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial/business controlling.

ERP/SAP knowledge is mandatory for this role. You have excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure. You are used to working in cross functional teams within a matrix environment. As R&D Finance Manager, it is crucial to pay attention to detail. We are looking for someone flexible and open minded, who is quick to adapt to changing requirements. You are accountable and responsible. Last but not least, you have excellent command of the English language.
