    Associate Director | Global Headhunter | Novaris Search

    Location: Western Europe

    Novaris Search are working with a leading global provider of ingredients and flavors to the food and beverage industry, who are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Director to represent a broad range of company products and services, leading a major beverage account. As the Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing this key client relationship and driving sales growth in the West Europe region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing all aspects of the account relationship, including sales, customer service, and strategic planning.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities, achieve revenue targets, and increase market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement teams, R&D departments, and senior executives.
    • Identify customer needs and preferences and recommend appropriate ingredients and flavors to meet specific requirements.
    • Stay informed about business objectives, market trends, and product innovation initiatives to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales roles within the food and beverage industry, with a focus on managing major corporate accounts.
    • Proven track record of managing and growing large corporate client relationships, achieving sales targets, and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
    • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor landscape.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Willingness to travel as required
