    Troostwijk is sinds 1930 een begrip op het gebied van taxaties, vastgoed, machinerieën en installaties en kunst. Van oudsher is Troostwijk een familiebedrijf, maar sinds 2017 maakt de Troostwijk Groep deel uit van de Tinsa Group: een ambitieuze, snel groeiende Spaanse organisatie met op dit moment kantoren in meer dan 13 landen. Met Tinsa op de achtergrond hebben we de slagkracht, schaalgrootte en kennis om digitale modellen te vermarkten. De Troostwijk Groep heeft vestigingen in Nederland, België en Italië. In Nederland zijn naast Troostwijk Taxaties en Expertises ook de dochterbedrijven Burghgraef van Tiel en Oodit actief. De afdeling Sales & Marketing vertegenwoordigt de gehele Troostwijk Groep en bestaat uit een professioneel team van mensen met aandacht voor klanten in diverse sectoren in de markt. Voor Troostwijk Taxaties zoeken wij per direct een ACCOUNT DIRECTOR voor 32 tot 40 uur voor ons hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam . Wat ga je doen In deze functie vertegenwoordig je met name de activiteiten van Troostwijk in de verzekeringsbranche. Troostwijk is ambitieus en richt zich steeds meer op het digitaliseren van haar diensten en het opbouwen van relevante data. In nauwe samenwerking met je collega's van sales en Oodit (ons SaaS softwarebedrijf) kijk je naar kansen en mogelijkheden in het verzekeringssegment. Zo verkoop je inspecties en waardebepalingen maar ook de nieuwe digitale RVM (Reinstatement Valuation Model) varianten daarvan. Hiermee stel je verzekeraars in staat om op een heel nieuw level inzicht te krijgen risico's en waardes van gehele portefeuilles. Je bent daarom een stevige gesprekspartner op directieniveau voor de verzekeraars. Kortom, het is gewoon een functie waar met veel vrijheid een groot succes van kan maken. En je stempel kunt drukken op een belangrijke verandering voor de hele sector. We werken samen met andere innovatieve partners, zoals startups die AI toepassen op waarderingen en inspecties. Tegelijk heb je de kennis en expertise van alle taxateurs en inspecteurs van de Troostwijk Groep om op te steunen die onze geweldige reputatie in deze markt nog elke dag verder versterken. Wat maakt jou succesvol

    • HBO/WO werk en denkniveau.
    • Minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar.
    • Minimaal 7 jaar werkervaring
    • Ervaring met B2B sales
    • Ervaring met de doelgroep verzekeraars.
    • Digital savy en kennis van SaaS oplossingen
    • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
    • Overtuigingskracht is van groot belang.
    • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om onze grote diversiteit aan klanten goed te woord te kunnen staan.
    Wat biedt Troostwijk
    • Salaris € 65 - € 80k bij een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring.
    • Een 13e maand die wordt uitgekeerd in december.
