Over Chris Barton:

Let me introduce myself, my name is Chris Barton and I’m a Creative/Design Director based in The Netherlands. I’ve been a team lead, designer and creative in ad agencies, at in-house agencies and in the tech world. I’ve grown teams from 3-30 and I’ve slotted right into teams that already exist. As well as nurturing talent I’ve produced tonnes of work, so I know the ropes. I can write, design, art direct and help with strategy. I believe in the KISS principle (Keep it simple stupid), but also understand that the work that goes on in the background to achieve this is anything but simple. 

I’ve helped build brands from the ground up and have had a big hand in rolling out successful global campaigns for high-profile tech clients, such as Philips, Accenture, and Telstra to name but a few.

Ervaring

With over two decades of experience working in advertising and branding, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies in the world. I’ve had a blast creating award-winning campaigns that span multiple platforms and really connect with audiences, driving some impressive results.

As a Creative Director, Design Director, and Art Director, I’ve been lucky to be part of some of the most respected creative agencies in the world, like Euro RSCG, Tribal DDB, and HAVAS. I’ve touched many different industries, from completely rebranding companies to snagging those coveted car accounts with winning pitches.

When it comes to ideas, I am a big fan of the KISS principle (keep it simple stupid), and that great work should always appear effortless, even if it took a tonne of effort to make it happen. I’m a big believer in teamwork and collaborating closely with my colleagues for team success.

My experience, coupled with my natural talent and sheer commitment, is of real value to any organisation looking to nail that big idea. When it comes to working with creative teams, presenting to clients, or even motivating younger professionals, you can always depend on my experience and enthusiasm to ensure success.
