    Belmont Lavan Ltd, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 5-month freelance contract position. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative team.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
    • Coordinate and oversee the logistics of internal and external events, such as conferences and workshops.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
    • Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
    • Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
    • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
    • Experience with financial administration
    • Working and dealing with digital docs is an advantage
