Job Scope

Key


Responsibilities:

Visit actual & potential customers

Promote DiaSorin products & instruments (solution selling)

Transfer the marketing plan into sales actions


Prepare & discuss with Sales Manager:
Customer visit program

Visit report

Customer offer

Customer follow up

Mailings


Prepare & discuss with Sales Manager & General Manager:
Special offers ( reagents contracts)

Monthly report ( forecast meeting)

Particular events & investments

Market information

Sales plan

Responsible of the achievement of the forecasted sales in the region.

Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Scientific education Bachelor.

Knowledge and minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IVD market, specially focused on the microbiology field and endocrinology & random access analyzers


Language:
Dutch and English

Self driven and Enthusiastic

Listening to customers and quality of relationship.

Organizational skills.

Communication skills and teamwork.

Sense of discipline and respect for the company policy

Involvement.

Driving license B.

Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Salesforce).
