    (Senior) Consultant Value Creation Services - Financial Operations

    Advies geven aan M&A opdrachtgevers over praktische financiële operationele projecten. Bij Deloitte.

    What impact will you make?

    Ons Transaction Services (TS) team is het afgelopen jaar betrokken geweest bij de meeste grote transacties in Nederland en heeft private equity- en zakelijke investeerders bijgestaan bij het nemen van gefundeerde investeringsbeslissingen. Door interne en externe eisen bij fusies en overnames, ervaren veel van onze opdrachtgevers verhoogde druk. Als antwoord op deze uitdaging hebben we een Fin Ops-team opgericht om onze klanten praktische hulp te bieden; voor, tijdens en na de transactie. Onze assistentie varieert van het verzorgen van dagelijkse financiële activiteiten tot het leveren van specifieke M&A-gerelateerde activiteiten.

    How do you do this?

    • assisteren van de cliënt bij de voorbereiding van de deal;
    • integreren en scheiden van financiële functies;
    • leveren van post transaction support bij bijvoorbeeld het beoordelen en verbeteren van managementrapportages;
    • ontwerpen en implementeren van een kasstroomvoorspellingsmodel;
    • vervangen en ondersteunen van de financiële teamleden van een klant;
    • beoordelen en verbeteren van het budgetteringsproces.

    • Een tijd-voor-tijdregeling. Gebruik de tijd die je op het ene moment meer maakt op momenten die er voor jou toe doen.
    • Een pensioenregeling waarbij je eigen bijdrage slechts 2% is. Voor later.
    • Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan de collectieve zorgkostenregeling.
    • Fiscaal voordelige zaken. Denk aan bedrijfsfitness, het aanschaffen van een fiets tegen bruto salaris of de mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen.
    • De mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van 55 uur oppasdienst per kalenderjaar, als jouw kind 12 jaar of jonger is.
    • Een maandelijks budget waarmee je keuzes kunt maken in flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals extra vakantiedagen of het financieren van een fietsplan.
    • Zes weken volledig betaald geboorteverlof voor traditionele huishoudens en regenbooggezinnen.

    • een relevant Master-certificaat (Accounting, Controlling, Finance) en / of postdoctorale opleiding (RA / CPA);
    • minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een bedrijfsomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen een financiële functie;
    • hands-on en pragmatische aanpak om problemen op te lossen;
    • vloeiend Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.

    Het Value Creation Services team helpt (internationale) klanten met vraagstukken op het gebied van strategie, operatie, finance en IT. Dit kan gedreven worden door groeiambities en/of tegenvallende prestaties, maar ook door betrokkenheid bij een M&A transactie. Je kunt hierbij denken aan het opstellen van groei- en verbeterinitiatieven die zich vertalen in diverse soorten business plannen (strategisch plan, turnaround plan, synergie case, integratie plan, bedrijfssplitsing) waarbij wij upsides en risico's vanuit een onafhankelijk perspectief inschatten (Commercial, Operational en IT due diligence). Hierbij is het cruciaal dat wij onze bevindingen afstemmen met de klant en eventueel stakeholders (banken, aandeelhouders, belanghebbende derden) zodat deze plannen gedragen worden.
