    As part of our last and first mile transformation we are looking for a (technical) product owner with extensive knowledge and experience around dynamic capacity management in the last mile delivery space.

    We expect as end-result of this assignment a detailed implementation and architecture plan how to set-up and integrate a dynamic capacity connected to our future operating models together with digitally operated platform.

    The scope of the consultant services is to assist the business in:

    Using expertise and knowledge with an outside in perspective how to set-up a dynamic capacity management capability for first and last delivery and provided services like collect, assembly, installation and removal. Good knowledge of subjects like dynamic network adjustments, (scenario) planning and optimization, predictive capacity forecasting / alerts, digital twin simulation, dynamic network creation, pre-tender analysis, capacity maintenance, fluid/ flexible capacity management and capacity monitoring/ alerting in the last mile delivery space. Additionally thorough knowledge and understanding about setting up database modelling, API's and real-time system interactions,

    Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc

    Minimum 7+ years of dynamic capacity management for transportation, and in particular last mile delivery space. Experience with large global and complex (technical) organizations. Extensive knowledge of last mile delivery and provided capacity management applications. Good understanding of using digital tools like Developer API portals, Atlassian's Jira and Confluence, Capsifi. Knows how to present a solution architecture in the current and future target landscape. Using techniques like UML and sequence diagrams, presentations, white boarding, for example. Experience with creating platforms and using internal and external (async) API's exposure, message brokers (pub/sub) and other relevant technologies.
