    Heb jij een passie voor de financiele sector en wil je een positieve impact maken bij onze klanten? Als Senior Consultant Financial Industry draag je bij financiele sector van de toekomst. Je krijgt te maken met een varieteit aan vraagstukken en type opdrachten bij financiele instellingen in Nederland. Dit zijn met name grote banken en verzekeraars. Zo helpen wij onze klanten hun dienstverlening te verbeteren door het slim inzetten van technologie of door beter gebruik te maken van data. Onze projecten hebben maatschappelijke impact.

    Jouw job in één alinea

    Als senior consultant adviseer je diverse klanten in de financiele sector. Jij helpt klanten met vraagstukken waar ze zelf niet de kennis en kunde voor hebben. De combinatie van jouw financiele sectorkennis en analyse van de processen en data van de klant leidt tot de juiste aanpak.

    Wat je zoal doet:

    • Je bent in staat om uiteenlopende projecten vorm te geven en het juiste team samen te stellen.
    • Je stuurt een collega of klein team aan dat inspeelt op de wensen van de klant.
    • Je faciliteert bijeenkomsten met verschillende stakeholders binnen de financiele sector om versneld tot een gezamenlijk resultaat te komen.
    • Je informeert en enthousiasmeert onze opdrachtgevers over diverse manieren van keten- of procesoptimalisatie en het beter benutten van data.
    • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het contact met opdrachtgevers en het vertalen van de eisen en wensen aan het begin van een traject naar het opleveren van een goed resultaat.
    • Je bent betrokken bij commerciele initiatieven, zoals het ontwikkelen en vermarkten van nieuwe dienstverleningen. Je gaat graag het gesprek aan met voor jou bekende en onbekende contactpersonen binnen de financiele sector.
    • Je draagt bij aan interne activiteiten binnen het industry team van Capgemini Invent, zoals het schrijven van blogs en het op peil houden van de kennis van het team.

Je houdt je bezig met relevante onderwerpen en bouwt relevante kennis er ervaring op. De opdrachten die wij uitvoeren houden bijna altijd verband met strategische agenda van onze klanten en hebben veelal een transformatie-karakter. Daarbij ontwikkel je je als een volwaardige consultant. We geven je veel vrijheid om je werk naar eigen inzicht te plannen en te organiseren. Ook krijg je veel ruimte en mogelijkheden om aan je persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling te werken.

    Jij werkt resultaatgericht en houdt daarbij de relatie met je team goed. Je neemt snel informatie op en kunt een complex vraagstuk begrijpelijk maken voor klant en team. Dat doe je door de juiste vragen te stellen, goed te luisteren, en info te analyseren en te structureren. Ook maak je makkelijk verbinding met (potentiële) klanten.

    • Een wo-master diploma
    • Minimaal één tot zes jaar relevante ervaring n adviserende of projectmatige rol binnen de consultancy of de financiele sector
    • Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
    • For this role it is a must to speak Dutch (at least B2 level) and live in The Netherlands.
