Domain/Solution Architect | Long-Term Project | Financial Enterprise

nsulting is crucial in realizing the W&R Target Architectureecture department, you will spearhead the delivery of Architecture, charting the course toward our strategic objectives.

While we've established high-level Enterprise Target Architecture and made progress with various architectural components and strategic initiatives, we lack a cohesive overarching vision.

Your role is to bridge this gap, working closely with the Business Architecture team to synthesize existing insights and propose future directions.

Your influence extends beyond this team to engage and persuade a broader range of stakeholders, including solution architects, regional COOs, and business representatives.

Practical Responsibilities

Identifying and documenting pertinent business and IT trends
Crafting the architecture vision for both Wholesale and Rural sectors
Adapting this vision across various dimensions such as regions and business lines, aligning with key themes like data and processes

Top 3 Responsibilities

Deliver the W&R Target Architecture
Define the W&R Business Function Model
Document the W&R current and future state landscape

Your Talent and Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of enterprise or business architecture experience
Minimum 7 years of architecture and modeling expertise (e.g., TOGAF)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably wholesale banking
Exceptional communication skills and a track record in stakeholder management
Ability to envision and maintain a clear strategic direction
Proficiency in English
