This role assures the delivery of projects and change including operational readiness of all changes related Global Service Centre Financial Market Services Operations globally as per the Target Operating Model


Scope of the Role (authority & decision making)

_Managing or involvement in Projects, Initiatives & Improvements_

  • Run small to medium sized projects or initiatives
  • Check new ideas and provide critical high level impacts to Operations (Intake and Impact Analysis)
  • Collaborate to develop solutions & ensure completion of test packs
  • Ensure Operational Readiness and Aftercare evaluation post go live
  • Represent Global GSC FMS Operations in relevant Tribe, Areas and Squads

_ Alignment_

  • With Head Business Development & Advisory on all changes
  • With Value Chain staff on fronttoend processes
  • Represent Global GSC FMS in relevant Tribe and Squads

_ Boundaries and guidelines_

  • Bound by guidelines and procedures of Rabobank Group and relevant regulatory constraints

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Adapting GSC FMS Operations to a constantly changing environment
  • Develop suitable & sustainable solutions which contribute to the strategic goals of Global Operations
  • Present opportunities and proposals based on new market developments and trends to business
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationship with the stakeholders.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Provide training and coaching to team members.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Customer Satisfaction (client groups: Markets, Treasury, Rabobank Branches worldwide),
  • Stability of GSC FMS Operations, expressed in time to market for product or program implementations and/or business initiatives, benchmarked against external competitors and/or Industry Groups.
  • Achieving the overall Operations strategy, teamwork, adherence to all Operations policies and procedures

Requested Experience & Education

  • 510 years banking/financial experience in an international and complex environment
  • HBO (higher professional education)/WO (university)
  • Strong analytical & coordination skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Affinity with Financial Markets and products
  • Experience in working in a project environment and preferably also experience in Agile IT delivery and Lean management
  • Ability to run small to medium sized projects
  • Demonstrated affiliation with Continuous Improvement

This Is What We Offer You

  • A salary between € 4.848,64 and € 6.926,62 gross per month (scale 10). Grading is based on knowledge and experience.
  • An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • A combination of working from home and at the office. A budget of € 750 to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40
