Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. With Lotus's expansion in Europe, the opening of Lotus Centre Houten marks a pivotal moment.

To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a General Manager for Automotive Retail Centre to oversee this Lotus Retail Organisation owned sales and service location in Houten, Netherlands.


Summary:


As the P&L leader of this standalone retail center, encompassing sales, marketing, after-sales, and more, you will spearhead profitability and elevate customer service to unprecedented levels, redefining the automotive retail experience.


What you'll do:


  • Deliver yearonyear sales and aftersales results aligned with strategic plans and KPIs.
  • Assume overall responsibility for all sales operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the Lotus Centre, from (new and preowned) product display, tradein, finance and leasing offering, etc. to final delivery/handover.
  • Oversee all aspects of aftersales operations, including service, parts, and merchandise, to ensure seamless functionality of the Lotus Centre Workshop.
  • Coach and develop employees to foster a highperforming team, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on seasonality, footfall, and operating hours.
  • Cultivate a customercentric approach, striving to deliver a unique and effortless experience for every customer.
  • Stay attuned to retail customer and market trends in the Netherlands within the Lotus and competitor landscape, utilizing insights to distinguish Lotus products and services.
  • Serve as the local ambassador for the Lotus Centre, embodying the brand's ethos and DNA in every customer interaction, and instilling these values within the team.

What you'll bring:


  • Real passion for sales, aftersales, customer experience, and satisfaction.
  • Multiple years of experience in dealership management with P&L responsibility and a strong understanding of the automotive industry in The Netherlands.
  • Exceptional team management skills coupled with the delivery of the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a mandatory requirement; proficiency in additional European languages, especially French and/or German, is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial, organized, reliable, and resultsdriven professional.
  • Empathetic communication skills and determination to succeed within a challenging customer service environment.
  • Leader attitude, capable of leading a team and working on both strategic and operational levels.
