    The Mobility and Immigration Senior Coordinator acts as the interface between case teams, employees, subject matter experts, local payroll, Finance, and HR teams, leveraging. While not expected to be a deep technical expert in all aspects of cross border compliance, the successful candidate will utilize their extensive knowledge and experience in international compliance to support and advise stakeholders effectively.

    Omschrijving

    1. Act as Pinpoint Super User:
      • Serve as the LAB Mobility & Immigration team super user for the Global tax assessment tool 'Pinpoint,' identifying and managing risks associated with cross-border working.
      • Request reports as needed and collaborate with the tax team to identify LAB cases for review.
      • Ensure accurate capture of travel details in the Pinpoint tool by liaising with employees.
    2. Cross Border Case Management:
      • Collaborate with the global tax team and staffing teams to proactively identify cases requiring assessment and further review.
      • Conduct case team activity analysis, providing comprehensive risk summaries with clear tax and immigration guidance.
      • Serve as the LAB contact for coordinating Tax secondments, ensuring key stakeholders are informed.
      • Coordinate compliance actions identified by the tax team/Pinpoint tool, including escalation to local Immigration for potential work permits, supporting employees with WagEU & LIMOSA requirements, and notifying payroll/finance teams of social security certificate needs.
    3. Manage & Track Compliance:
      • Manage and track Limosa & WagEU compliance in Belgium and the Netherlands, acting as BCG's point of contact for government agency queries and requests for information.
      • Regularly review and update processes and procedures in line with government requirements.
    4. Mailbox Management:
      • Responsible for managing the LAB CBW Mailbox, responding to queries or redirecting them to the appropriate team for further support.
    5. Amsterdam Immigration:
      • Track local oversight immigration activity, initiate work permits with BCG's vendor, and support in resolving technical queries, escalating to the LAB Immigration & Mobility Manager when necessary.
