    The Role

    We are seeking an experienced 1st/2nd line IT Engineer to join our team based in Amsterdam and providing full IT support to offices in Warsaw and London remotely and onsite. The successful IT Support engineer will be a logical thinker, able to demonstrate problem-solving skills in a time-efficient matter. They should have ability to work well individually or as a team. Applicants will have at least 2-3 years' experience working in a technical support capacity.

    Job Responsibilities


    • Provide 1st/2nd line technical support covering all areas of IT (Software / Hardware)

    • Logging, prioritisation and escalation of IT issues and requests via our ticketing system

    • Resolution of support issues and requests via telephone or remote support

    • Updating and maintaining of hardware asset registers, software licences, and ticketing system.

    • Own technical escalations end-to-end, ensure resolution has been fully implement and end user satisfaction has been achieved.

    • Manage desk moves and changes, including the starter/leaver process.

    • Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of all hardware and software assets.

    • Provides employee introductions to various systems/applications and training as needed.

    • Managing application such as SAP and Sharepoint file sharing platform.

    • Monitoring and maintaining the ticketing system accordingly with SLA.

    Job Requirements


    • Solid technical background, including experience working with Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Exchange 0365, Windows 10 and Office 365.

    • Experience of Basic Networking, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, AD Connect

    • Experience of troubleshooting PC/Server Hardware and Software issues.

    • Understanding and knowledge of network troubleshooting skills in Windows environment.

    • Prioritization and Problem management experience desirable.

    • Proven experience of 1st/2nd line support experience (essential)

    • Understanding of networking protocols and principles

    • Desktop Imaging and standard build creation

    • Knowledge of telephone systems

    • Strong analytical along with logical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential across multiple services and technologies.

    • Ability to function well under pressure / be comfortable with delivering at pace.

    • Self-motivated, organised and able to work on their own initiative.

    • Knowledge of Audio and Video conferencing system

    • Strong experience with teleconferencing platforms (WebEx, Teams)

    • Experience with mobile device management

    • Highly experience in applications such as SAP, Sharepoint is a big plus.

    • Able to communicate in English to report to Manager in UK, be part of a dynamic and international team of colleagues, as well as for communication with Headquarters in Singapore. Either Dutch or Polish language would be a plus. #LI-BF1
