    The CBW (Cross Border Working) Senior Coordinator's main job is to make sure that employees who work across international borders follow all the rules and regulations related to taxes, social security, immigration, and other legal requirements.

    Here's a summary of what the person will do:


    1. Assessment and Guidance: Help employees understand and meet compliance requirements for working internationally, including taxes, social security, and immigration rules. They'll work closely with teams and experts to ensure everything is done correctly.

    2. Managing Remote Working: Handle requests and approvals for employees who want to work remotely globally, ensuring compliance and proper communication with relevant teams.

    3. Pinpoint Super User: Be an expert user of the Global tax assessment tool 'Pinpoint' to identify and manage risks related to cross-border working.

    4. Cross-Border Case Management: Work with various teams to identify cases needing review, provide guidance to case teams, and ensure compliance actions are taken as necessary.

    5. Mailbox Management: Handle queries related to cross-border working, responding to them or redirecting to the appropriate team for support.

    6. Amsterdam Immigration: Keep track of immigration activities in Amsterdam, help with work permit processes, and support resolving any technical issues.

    You bring:

    • An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Proficiency in Dutch is essential
    • Experience with Immigration and Tax Dutch legislation
    • Relevant experience with cross-border issues, ideally within a professional services environment.
    • A track record of establishing trust and rapport as a trusted advisor across all organizational levels, showcasing sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative work approach.

    Salary base between 57k- 62k gross per year
