    Organisatie

    TSC Connected Care, een onderdeel van de groeiende TSC Group, is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en distributie van innovatieve medische software- en hardware oplossingen. Deze zijn specifiek ontworpen voor toepassing in ziekenhuizen, thuiszorginstellingen en apotheken, en bevorderen de samenwerking tussen zorgomgevingen. Het doel is om de juiste zorg op de juiste plaats te leveren, waardoor de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van zorgprocessen wordt verbeterd. In de laatste jaren zijn overnames gedaan, nieuwe producten succesvol ontwikkeld en is de ambitie voor de komende jaren neergezet.

    Tasks

    Als Marketing Executive ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle marketingactiviteiten die bijdragen aan de verkoopdoelstellingen met betrekking tot de producten en diensten van TSC Connected Care in Nederland. Je richt je vooral op het vermarkten van 'smart' producten zoals de nieuwe Thelma medicatie dispenser, maar bijvoorbeeld ook op marketingactiviteiten rondom de slimme pleisters (Sensium) waarmee patiënten op afstand kunnen worden gemonitord door artsen en verplegend personeel. Je hebt een brede rol waarbij je (strategische) plannen uitwerkt, maar ook implementeert. Je bepaalt, in samenspraak met je collega's, wie wanneer en op welke wijze wordt benaderd. Je zet verschillende kanalen in, zoals de website van de organisatie, sociale media, webinars en podcasts. Je zorgt voor het ondersteunende materiaal voor sales activiteiten, bereid beurzen voor en benut andere mogelijkheden om de concepten van TSC Connected Care onder de aandacht te brengen. In deze rol ben je geregeld te vinden in het 'field' en op kantoor. Je hebt klantcontact en KOL ontwikkeling.

    Je werkt nauw samen met onder meer je sales collega's, met de productmanagers en met de Marketing Director. Waar nodig werk je samen met externe partners/bureaus. Je rapporteert aan de Marketing Director.

    Requirements

    Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die:

    • Een relevante hbo/wo opleiding heeft afgerond;
    • 40 uur per week beschikbaar is;
    • Enkele jaren ervaring heeft als marketeer, bij voorkeur in een Healthcare omgeving waarin nieuwe technologieën worden toegepast;
    • Kennis van de zorgsector heeft;
    • Aanzienlijke ervaring heeft met ontwerpsoftwarepakketten zoals InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Premier Pro – videobewerkingssoftware;
    • Ervaring heeft met betaalde en onbetaalde socialmediacampagnes op verschillende platforms;
    • Ervaring heeft met het bewerken van WordPress-websites;
    • Zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed beheerst, zowel in woord als geschrift;
    • Goed zelfstandig en in teamverband functioneert en anderen mee weet te krijgen;
    • Oplossingsgericht is en een 'can do' mentaliteit heeft.
