    Voor ervaren, bevlogen commercieel leider De organisatie

    Normec is een toonaangevende organisatie op het gebied van TICC-diensten. De kernactiviteiten omvatten het testen van producten en materialen, inspectie van processen en faciliteiten, en het certificeren van bedrijven en producten om te voldoen aan normen en voorschriften. Van oorsprong gericht op NL en België, maar nu ook in Duitsland, Frankrijk en UK met ambities om te groeien in West-Europa en in de VS. Normec maakt sinds 2020 onderdeel uit van het porfolio van Astorg. Omzet is ruim € 450 mio en er werken 4500 medewerkers. De Business Line Sustainability is een zelfstandige Business Line en richt zich op certificering en het uitvoeren van bodem-, lucht- en wateronderzoek.

    • Omzet EUR 160 mio, 1600 medewerkers
    • Actief in NL, UK, BE, DTL en FR

    De functie

    De Commercial Director (CD) is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de commerciële strategie. Draagt zorg voor de uitrol van deze strategie binnen de entiteiten, rekening houdend met de verschillende niveaus vanprofessionaliteit binnen de entiteiten. Realiseert groei door strategische ontwikkelingen op entiteitniveau en het realiseren van samenwerkingsverbanden tussen de entiteiten. Ontwikkelt de sales teams. De Commercial Director vormt samen met de MD, FD, Service Line Directors het directieteam van Normec Sustainability (15 entiteiten en 160 mio omzet).

    • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van commerciële strategie
    • Uitrol strategie binnen de verschillende entiteiten
    • Onderdeel van 4-koppige directie, rapporterend aan de MD van Normec Sustainability.

    De ideale kandidaat

    De ideale kandidaat heeft internationale ervaring, ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een commerciële strategie binnen een diversiteit vanbedrijven in een PE-setting. Brengt een grote mate van senioriteit en natuurlijk overwicht om o.a. de MD's van de entiteiten mee te krijgen in de ontwikkelde commerciële strategie. Is daadkrachtig, resultaat gedreven, verbindend en flexibel.

    • Daadkrachtig, flexibel, self-starter, resultaatgericht en verbindend
