- Take responsibility for the development and further expansion of Zanders as a Debt Advisor in the Corporate space.
- Develop and expand our (debt advisory) client base in the corporate sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of specialised consultants focused on development of soft- and hard skills.
- Manage projects for our (corporate) debt advisory clients.
- A deep understanding of the (Dutch) corporate Debt Advisory market, a network in the corporate market and extensive experience in Debt Advisory.
- You have a track record and experience (7+ years) in the field of Debt Advisory with knowledge of best market practices, documentation (LMA) and modelling.
- A large network in the corporate client space in Netherlands (network outside of the Netherlands is preferred).
- Strong interest in building and maintaining client relationships with proven stakeholder management experience.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Fluent in English is essential and fluency in Dutch is preferred.
