    Qualifications we ask for

    • 関連分野の学士号以上の学位が必要です。関連分野の修士号があると望ましい

    • 人材管理スキル、効率的なチーム構造の設計と実装能力、チームのマネジメント経験、およびチームにおける人材教育の経験がある方
    • ネイティブレベルの日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語力のある方
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. A master's degree is preferred.
    • At least 7 years of experience in a related field, with a strong technical understanding of a wide range of sustainability strategies and decarbonization solutions.
    • Familiarity with ESG policies and decarbonization, and experience in consulting services.
    • Experienced candidates may be considered for Director level positions.
    • Strong people management skills, ability to design and implement efficient team structures, and experience in team management and personnel development.
    • Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency.

    • Develop and manage strategic plans.
    • Evaluate market trends.
    • Develop and introduce new products and services to meet market demand.
    • Achieve annual performance targets.
    • Set and manage all performance and financial KPIs associated with the business.
    • Supervise projects and report financial forecasts.
    • Manage project timelines and costs for each engagement.
