    Category Development Manager

    We are looking for a (Senior) Retail Category Development Manager in Amsterdam, responsible for leading category projects and driving growth in the organization.

    What you'll do

    • Champion the Category Vision within the organization and collaborate effectively with customers.
    • Understand shopper and retail dynamics across categories to address business challenges.
    • Utilize insights from research agencies and analytics teams to build strong category strategies.
    • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align strategies and execution.

    Is this you?

    • Must be fluent in Dutch and English.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Category Management/Consulting.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
    • Passionate about driving change and innovation in category management.
