In my current position as a Proposal cum Project Manager, I manage complex tenders and proposals to apply for competitive grants from donors such as UNICEF, UNDP, The World Bank, IFAD, UNHCR, The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc. I coordinate that the project when won, works in a smooth manner and the transition is timely and effective. Moreover, I coordinate communication and working of all the stakeholders be it within the organization or the donors and public offices. Furthermore, I manage the market screening and identify potential opportunities for the organization along with management of the project management dashboard (Wrike) and Microsoft Teams. This has given me a thorough understanding of the politics and the development sector and its various working areas such as poverty, peace, justice, migration and refugees, agriculture, gender empowerment, environment, financial inclusion, livelihoods, etc. around the world.
