  • Support in organization company culture events such as team building, culture day, all-hands meeting and to build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Look into employee learning & wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness for the Amsterdam office
  • Play a role as the employee life-cycle champion to investigate pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR Documentation and HR related letters
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks working with Office manager
  • Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects from time to time

    • Requirements:

  • Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor's degree or above. Prior HR/Admin related work experience or internships will be a strong plus
  • Experience in designing newsletters, EDMs and content generation for employee engagement related activities
  • Proactive, energetic and vibrant personality to engage with the businesses
  • Possess strong communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up on actions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
