Would you like to gain experience within the facilities sector and are you looking for an internship in which you can contribute to the preparation and management of Multi-Year Maintenance Plans ("MYMP")?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive MBO4/HBO student to join our team as a facilities intern for the preparation of MYMPs.

During this internship you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience within the facility services industry while gaining valuable knowledge in the field of maintenance planning and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in inventorying facilities and installations within various buildings.
• Performing onsite inspections to assess the state of maintenance.
• Collecting and analyzing technical data for the preparation of MYMPs.
• Assisting with maintenance planning and advising clients.
• Contributing to the optimization of facility processes and making buildings more sustainable.

Desired profile:

• You are pursuing an MBO4/HBO degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Technical Business Administration, or similar studies.
• You have an affinity for facility management and are interested in maintenance planning and management.
• You have good communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.
• You have a proactive and resultsoriented attitude.
• You speak English and Dutch.
