Here's what we'll do together:


In this internship, you will experience what it means to work in a HR team and support hiring managers in the recruitment process all over the world, from our international headquarter in Amsterdam.

At G-Star, you will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that is leading in denim innovation and sustainability


Your tasks & responsibilities:


  • Updating new recruitment assignments into various systems and databases, ensuring that new requisitions are directly processed and visible to relevant HR team members.
  • Keep the total recruitment overview uptodate.
  • Reviewing, updating and formatting job profiles following our internal standards.
  • Uploading job specifications into our recruitment system.
  • Publishing job advertisements on internal and external job boards and social media.
  • Organizing relevant forms and documents to be complete and correspond to company standards.
  • Leading G-Star's internship recruitment and intern community & events.
  • Supporting employee onboarding processes and arrangements.

Here's what you bring to the table:


  • You are a proactive, energetic and driven intern who wants to learn by doing.
  • You are interested in new recruitment trends (gamification, AI).
  • First experience with ATS Systems is a plus if not, you will learn
  • You are able to start in August 2024 for a period of 5 to 6 months.
  • You have pursuing a Bachelor/Master in a Human Resources related education.
  • You are enrolled at a university or college in the Netherlands or Europe, during the whole length of the internship.
  • If you are a nonEU student, you are in possession of a mandatory internship assignment from your university or college.
  • You are already living in the Netherlands and are in the possession of a BSN (Burger Service Number), or in a process of getting one.
  • Preferably, you are interested in Retail, Fashion or the Lifestyle Industry.
Finally, if you have a strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, we'd love to meet you
