    Als Supply Chain Administrator ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de juiste ondersteuning aan het supply chain proces. Je hebt intern contact over de productieplannen van vandaag, morgen en de komende maanden. Je ondersteunt met het opstellen bij de productieplannen en bewaakt de voortgang hiervan. Prioriteiten en knelpunten signaleer je en je onderneemt zo nodig actie hierop. Daarnaast beheer je alle administratieve data voor bestaande artikelen, nieuwe producten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

    Takenpakket:
  • Accurate terugmelding van productiegegevens (uren en aantallen);
  • Analyseren van routingen en deze wanneer nodig aanpassen en invoeren;
  • Inventariseren van verschillen en eventuele uitval afboeken;
  • Opstellen van rapportages voor productie, aanmaak, planning en magazijn;
  • Ondersteunen van de productieplanner en vervangen bij diens afwezigheid.
    • Functie eisen:
  • Afgeronde MBO opleiding met een aantal jaar ervaring op het vlak van logistiek/techniek;
  • Kennis van en ervaring met ERP-systeem (SAP is een pré) en MS Office;
  • Kennis van logistiek en voorraadbeheer;
  • Business minded en communicatief op alle niveaus;
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Proactief en ondernemend, geordend doch flexibel.
