Troubleshoots and resolves issues that arise post implementation. Serves as escalation point for complex customer issues. Extensive communication with the customer collecting information, providing status updates, and delivering resolution.
Manages upgrades of additional functionality.
Prioritizes issues and projects for entire team.
Suggests product improvement based on customer feedback.
Identifies client training opportunities and software sales opportunities. Also, drives new service sales opportunities.
Team lead responsibilities include training and mentoring, performance evaluation and goal setting, project management, staffing, etc.
Assists HR in acquiring and training new resources.
