Dear Sir or Madam,

I am in search of an internship that would test my capabilities and skills to the max. It would also be a part of my studies at the HU of Applied Sciences Utrecht. In short, I am an incredibly motivated and hard-working individual who always holds a good work ethic and strives to accomplish goals to the best of my own ability.

As I mentioned, I am currently studying International Business at the HU of Applied Sciences Utrecht. I am quickly heading towards completing my second year of a bachelor’s degree program. The study is great as it involves all the fields and departments that a company could have; from logistics and supply chain to accounting and sales.

I would describe myself as someone who is always looking to improve and experience something new. It is important for me to never stop learning and being involved in unfamiliar situations, because it simply broadens my view of the world every time. I also have a deep understanding of working in a multi-cultural environment, communicating and being able to view a situation from multiple perspectives. I believe I am very reliable and trustworthy, with skills in problem solving and organising my schedule and time, putting urgent and not so urgent tasks in order, and delivering them with high quality.

I graduated my secondary school with great results and knew that I need to push myself and really test my abilities. I chose to go abroad and start a new life here, in the Netherlands, which has definitely been challenging, but at the same time – a wonderful experience. I really want to put an emphasis on my knowledge and understanding of my language skills as well as the importance to have strong international relationships, whether it be a department within a company, companies in general or simply colleagues.

This could be my next big step to prove myself as well as have and enjoy my first professional step in a full-on business environment. Working as an Intern for would fit what I am looking for tremendously as I do have an eye for details, I am an analytical thinker, and most importantly, I am keen on seeing how a business is operated from the inside out. Lastly, I always try to be proactive, organise to maximise efficiency and communicate well with those around me in addition to my work ethic and motivation, I will not leave you disappointed.
