    Established in 1995, our client is a global supplier of software development tools and components with operations in the USA, UK, Ireland, and Japan. They cater to over 125,000 customers across 180 countries, with teams providing support in 10 languages.

    Currently expanding to the Netherlands, they are seeking a Client Services Representative to join their Amsterdam team.

    Job Description:

    • Assisting customers via email, phone, and Live Chat in German and English.
    • Founding member of the new team with opportunities for long-term growth.
    • Responsible for providing top-notch service, focusing on customer relations, sales, and more.
    • Handling customer inquiries, generating quotes, collaborating with internal departments, and more.
    • Analyzing feedback and market trends, maintaining databases, and other ad-hoc tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Near-native proficiency in German and English.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or similar roles.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and organized mindset.
    • Ability to work autonomously or in a team, under pressure, and goal-oriented.
    • Good with numbers and enjoys a commercial environment.

    Work Schedule:

    Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. No shifts.
