    As the perfect candidatefor this Customer service role:

    • Youhave great communication skills in German andEnglish
    • You have prior experience in CustomerService or Contact Center roles
    • You areflexible, being able to work both morning and evening shiftsbetween 08:30 - 20:30 (weekends also), your working schedule willbe known one month in advance
    • Thrive in afasted paced environment and being resultfocused
    what will youdo

    The customer servicerepresentative will be responsiblefor:

    • Answer queries and supportcustomer via phone, email and chat
    • Responsiblefor updating internal databases with feedback about technicalissues and proactively make suggestions for improving the company'sofferings
    • Because of your proactive approach inthe workplace you will have the opportunity to collaborate withdifferent teams to help shape the future of thecompany
