Hi! I am Konstantin. A designer with an aptitude for service & product design,addressing human problems. Exploring the possibilities of business optimization, circular design, & consumer behavior at the fine line between product and service is where I thrive.

In the balance of people, planet & business I strive to add experiential, practical & symbolical value. I break down
processes, products & affordances and optimize them. I do that by asking questions, uncovering patterns, running sprints/workshops, testing propositions and everything in between. Using cross-pollinating methods & learnings from agency experience in IoT, healthcare, retail and consumer products & services.

Outside of design I am enthusiast of language learning, climbing/sailing, and an avid craftsman.

• Coordinated in a multidisciplinary team throughout the discovery & developmennt phases, to (in)validate products through research, insight generation, ideation & prototyping sprints while creating client facing visuals, CAD & reports • Explored omni-channel retail experiences for future IKEA stores • Organized, documented, and evaluated the pilot production and deployment of 50 UVC disinfection devices in Ugandan healthcare facilities.
