• Expanded healthcare organization during the pandemic by scaling to 200+ FTEs and offering 24/7 on-demand healthcare services in SG and MY, alleviating strain on hospitals and addressing public hesitations about visiting traditional clinics
• Innovated by developing proprietary mobile apps and a clinic management system to bolster operations and enhance service delivery → honored with the Singapore National Award

  NPS of 70+ and achieved zero safety incidents amidst the rapid growth in transaction volume
