    We support you in your search for suitable specialists and find the right solution for the very individual requirements of small, medium-sized and large companies.

    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Deliver the utmost level of service to people who find themselves in a state of critical emergency or distress.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have proven experience in emergency response and/or working in a high-pressure emergency communication center environment would be preferred
    • English B2 and German C1 in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
    • You have demonstrated the capacity to liaise with customers punctually is essential
    • You have strong assessing skills with the ability to share information with precision as well as to display great attention to detail while handling several communication tools simultaneously is essential for this role
    • You have prior experience working with a CAD (computer-assisted dispatch) application would be considered a strong advantage
    • Having a full working proficiency with MS Office is necessary
    • You have sound knowledge of laws, protocols, and compliance within an emergency services environment is preferable
    • You have agility with rotating scheduling which can include days, nights, and weekends as this will be a 24/7 operation with 5 days on and 2 days off per week
    • You are a holder of a recent in CPR certification can be an advantage
    • Any prior experience in emergency, fire, or police dispatch will be considered beneficial for this role.
