    Job Description

    We seek an experienced individual passionate about content operations and AI exploration. As a key member of our team, you'll drive day-to-day operations ensuring seamless experiences for both internal stakeholders and customers. You'll excel in operational excellence across various disciplines, leveraging analytics to push boundaries and maintain a unified taxonomy across platforms. Additionally, you'll explore AI capabilities to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

    Your role:


    • As Platform Manager for Content Operations and AI, you will drive operational excellence across our content management platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and exploring AI capabilities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.


    • You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and IT, to implement best practices and optimize content processes.


    • This role offers opportunities to lead taxonomy management, support translation efficiencies, and contribute to AI integration, fostering both personal and professional growth.

    • Demonstrated understanding of AI and its potential applications, along with compliance knowledge in content management for medical devices.
