    PB&WM Foundations & Institutions focuses specifically on the Foundations & Institutions segment within the PB&WM Professionals department. PB&WM Professionals contributes to accelerating the growth trajectory of PB&WM and the positioning of the ING Private Banking brand. Professionals consists of 5 teams: Foundations & Institutions, Special Target Groups, Family Solutions, Account Management and CoE Financial Planning. Within Foundations & Institutions we distinguish the following target groups: endowment funds, fundraising institutions, religious institutions and other non-profit institutions with a board.

    As a S&I (Stichtingen & instellingen) Relationship Manager you are the strategic point of contact for our S&I relationships as well as for internal and external stakeholders. You are seen as an ambassador in the market area and you are a strategic discussion partner for this specific customer group. You are an acquisitor, networker and team player with in-depth knowledge of and interest in the specific market segment. As an S&I Relationship Manager you work with Account Manager(s), Investments Specialist(s) and/or Financial Planners.

    As an S&I Relationship Manager, you contribute to PB&WM's growth ambition by attracting new relationships from your internal and external network. You take the initiative and you also help your colleagues to be successful. As a S&I Relationship Manager, you are a competent and reliable discussion partner for both relations and colleagues and are able to identify (holistic) customer needs and introduce the right specialists to existing relations and prospects. The foundation or institution is our relationship, but you also pay attention to the personal relationship with the directors and other representatives of the foundation or institution. You will also contribute to the further development of the customer proposition.

    The S&I Relationship Manager reports hierarchically to the S&I Lead. Your location is Herengracht, Amsterdam.

    Role and responsibilities

  • You make an above-average contribution to the team's responsibility for realizing the growth of the Assets under Management, the earnings, the number of relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • You know how to identify and address (latent) needs in existing relationships. You fulfill the role of trusted advisor from both a business perspective for the foundation and from a personal perspective for the role of the directors/advisors.
  • Your focus is on S&I relationships with at least €2,500,000 invested assets under management, predominantly in tailor-made investment solutions.
  • You independently make investment proposals up to €2.5 million in invested assets (asset management).
  • You are an active part of the ecosystem of the prospect/relationship and of the foundations & institutions sector and know how to add value in this way.
  • You make an above-average contribution to acquiring new S&I relationships, through your own network, internal networks and centrally generated leads.
  • You proactively develop and maintain internal and external networks and you involve your colleagues in this.
  • You are an ambassador for the market segment and you promote ING's policy and (sustainability) mission externally, as well as the mission of PBWM to colleagues.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the specific target group and you feel comfortable moving within the network of foundations & institutions.
  • You have above-average knowledge of sustainability and you are able to involve your relations and colleagues in this.
  • You are responsible for proactive quality and risk management in the field of customer acceptance and revision including recording and you act in line with internal and external laws and regulations.How to succeed

    Furthermore, you have/are:

  • Fluent in Dutch and current residency in the Netherlands
  • 5+ years of demonstrable relationship management experience with similar target groups.
  • Academic working and thinking level
  • In possession of the required diplomas, including the regular WFT diplomas (Basic, Power) and MIFID Customized Advising.
  • A real team player. You lead the way in behaviour and act as a senior and coach towards colleagues.
  • Acquisition and sales skills aimed at specific target groups. From a holistic approach, where you switch between relationship-oriented and solution-oriented.
  • Internal network including Private Banking & Wealth Management and (Large) Business, ING Group Sustainability. You are able to engage various internal stakeholders to deliver the best results for your relationship.
  • External network; You have or are able to create a network/community within the various target groups and involve your colleagues in this.
  • You are able to identify new target groups in an innovative way and actually improve and implement the customer proposition.
  • Specific knowledge and experience about the various sub-target groups within S&I, including in-depth knowledge of investing, investment statute design, governance, sustainability and philanthropy.
  • Excellent knowledge of policy, legislation and regulations in the field of banking, customer acceptance, customer review (FEC/CDD) and investment and lending processes.Rewards & benefits

PB&WM Professionals draagt bij aan het versnellen van het groeitraject van PB&WM en de positionering van het merk ING Private Banking. Professionals bestaat uit 5 teams: Stichtingen & Instellingen, Speciale Doelgroepen, Family Solutions, Accountmanagement en CoE Financial Planning.     Als Relatiemanager S&I (stichtingen en instellingen) ben je het strategische aanspreekpunt voor onze S&I relaties alsmede voor interne en externe stakeholders. Je wordt in het marktgebied als een boegbeeld gezien en je bent een strategische gesprekspartner voor deze specifieke klantgroep. Je bent een acquisiteur, netwerker en teamspeler met diepgaande kennis van en belangstelling voor het specifieke marktsegment. Als Relatiemanager S&I werk je met Account Manager(s), Specialist(en) Investments en/of Financial Planners.

    Als Relatiemanager S&I draag je bij aan de groeiambitie van PB&WM door nieuwe relaties uit je interne en externe netwerk aan te trekken. Je neemt het initiatief en je helpt ook je collega's om succesvol te zijn. Als Relatiemanager S&I ben je een bekwame en betrouwbare gesprekspartner voor zowel relaties als collega's en in staat om (holistische) klantbehoeften te identificeren en de juiste specialisten te introduceren bij bestaande relaties en prospects. De stichting of instelling is onze relatie, maar je hebt ook aandacht voor de persoonlijke relatie met de bestuurders en andere vertegenwoordigers van de stichting of instelling. Daarnaast werk je mee aan de door-ontwikkeling van de klantpropositie.

    De Relatiemanager S&I rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de Lead S&I. Je standplaats is Herengracht, Amsterdam.

    De rol en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je hebt een doorslaggevende rol in de verantwoordelijk van het team voor realisatie van de groei van de Assets under Management, de baten, het aantal relaties en de klanttevredenheid.
  • Bij bestaande relaties weet je (latente) behoeftes te identificeren en te adresseren in je vervult de rol van trusted advisor vanuit zowel zakelijk perspectief voor de stichting als vanuit persoonlijk perspectief voor de rol van de bestuurders/ adviseurs.
  • Je focus ligt op S&I relaties met minimaal € belegd vermogen in beheer, overwegend in maatwerk beleggingsoplossingen.
  • Je brengt zelfstandig beleggingsvoorstellen tot €2,5 miljoen belegd vermogen (vermogensbeheer).
  • Je bent actief onderdeel van het ecosysteem van de prospect/relatie en van de sector stichtingen & instellingen en weet op die manier waarde toe te voegen.
  • Je levert een bovengemiddelde bijdrage aan het acquireren van nieuwe S&I relaties, door je eigen netwerk, interne netwerken en centraal gegeneerde leads.
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt op proactieve wijze de in- en externe netwerken en je neemt je collega's hierin mee.
  • Je bent een boegbeeld voor het marktsegment en je draagt het beleid en de (duurzaamheids-) visie van ING extern uit evenals de visie van PBWM richting collega's.
  • Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis over de specifieke doelgroep en je voelt je comfortabel om je te bewegen binnen het netwerk van stichtingen & instellingen.
  • Je hebt bovengemiddelde kennis van duurzaamheid en je bent in staat je relaties en je collega's hierin mee te nemen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor proactief kwaliteit- en risicobeheer op het gebied van klantacceptatie en revisie inclusief vastlegging en je handelt in lijn met in- en externe wet- en regelgeving.Specifieke kennis en ervaring:
  • Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare relatiemanagement ervaring met vergelijkbare doelgroepen.
  • Academisch werk- en denkniveau.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands.
  • In bezit van benodigde diploma's, waaronder de reguliere WFT-diploma's (Basis, Vermogen) en MIFID Adviseren Maatwerk.
  • Een echte teamspeler. Je loopt voorop in gedrag en treedt op als senior en coach richting collega's.
  • Acquisitie- en sales skills gericht op specifieke doelgroepen. Vanuit een holistische aanpak, waarbij je switcht tussen relatiegericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Intern netwerk onder andere met Private Banking & Wealth Management en (Groot) Zakelijk, ING Group Sustainability. Je bent in staat om verschillende interne stakeholders in te zetten om het beste resultaat voor je relatie op te leveren.
  • Extern netwerk; Je hebt of bent in staat om zelf een netwerk/community binnen de verschillende doelgroepen te creëren en je collega's hierin mee te nemen.
  • Je bent in staat om op innovatieve wijze nieuwe doelgroepen te identificeren en daadwerkelijk de klantpropositie te verbeteren en te implementeren.
  • Specifieke kennis en ervaring over de verschillende subdoelgroepen binnen S&I, waaronder diepgaande kennis van beleggen, inrichting beleggingsstatuut, governance, duurzaamheid en filantropie.
  • Uitstekende kennis van beleid, wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van bankzaken, klantacceptatie, klantrevisie (FEC/CDD) en beleggen en lending processen. De voordelen van werken bij ING zijn onder meer:
