- Je beschikt over minimaal een Bachelor-diploma in Techniek of Bedrijfswetenschappen of een vergelijkbaar denk-en werkniveau;
- Bij voorkeur heb je 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring opgedaan bij een IT-service provider in de rol van een Data-Analist of Operations Manager;
- Kennis van SQL, PowerBI, Qlik en/of Python zijn flinke pré's;
- Evanals kennis van methodes als ITIL, SAFE en Lean IT;
- Je bent analytisch sterk;
- Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands als Engels in woord en geschrift.

Verstoringen voorspellen en voorkomen, dat is waar we naar streven Als Data Analist - Incident & Problem Management ben je verantwoordelijk voor het incident en problem proces. Op basis van analyse en rapportage draag je bij aan continu verbetering van de dienstverlening die wij aan onze Retail-Food klanten leveren denk hierbij aan bijvoorbeeld winkelautomatisering, applicatiebeheer of IT-infrastructuur.
In samenwerking met collega's van Operations Management en Contract Delivery Management maak jij onze dienstverlening stabieler, betrouwbaarder, efficiënter en heb je een prominente rol in het identificeren en het onder de aandacht brengen en oplossen van risico's van zowel Simac als de klant-organisatie.

In de rol van Data Analist - Incident & Problem Management ben je van nature uitermate communicatief vaardig en werk je graag in multidisciplinaire teams waarbij je precies weet wat er gebeurt.
