    Project Manager, Advisors Program Management - Advisors Client Services, Data & Services

    Join Mastercard's dynamic team as a Project Manager in the Advisors Program Management - Advisors Client Services, Data & Services section. Mastercard Data & Services is dedicated to providing top-notch data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits for making crucial multimillion-dollar business decisions and expanding their organizations.

    • Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring efficient coordination of various activities by defining clear roles and responsibilities for the project team and stakeholders.
    • Lead clients through business transformations by implementing essential Mastercard assets and services to drive growth and value.

    Client Impact

    • Manage deliverable development and workstreams on multiple large, complex high-value projects across different industries and problem statements.
    • Utilize accredited project and change management techniques to aid clients in achieving measurable value.
    • Report on progress, risks, and timelines effectively, offering credible solutions and analysis.

    Team Collaboration & Culture

    • Develop sound business recommendations and deliver impactful client presentations.
    • Lead team and external meetings, as well as project management initiatives.
    • Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development, representing Mastercard and Data & Services strongly.

    Qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree with experience in project and change management methodologies.
    • Minimum 4-6 years of Project Management experience.
    • Experience in financial institutions, payments, and/or retail banking.
    • Logical, structured thinking with advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Dutch.
    • Eligibility to work in the country and travel visa requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in developing and implementing solutions impacting clients' business.
    • Experience coaching junior project managers.
    • Interest in pursuing professional accreditations such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • Knowledge of Project Management tools.
    • MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization.
