This will involve collecting and analyzing the crash repair case data from the Network via our Lucid Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that the network is performing quality KPI driven repairs to damaged Lucid Vehicles in an acceptable time frame whilst ensuring the Approved Body Shops and achieve excellent Customer satisfaction.

The position will report to the EU Body Repair Sr.

Program Manager and working alongside the Global Body Repair Program and Technical training teams to develop a World Class Body Repair Program.

The Role:

• Undertake Bodyshop Technical training. In the areas of Structural Body Repair and Cosmetic Body Repair. Have the ability to deliver this level of training to our developing EU body repair network.
• Assist in developing the Satellite service program for initial EU launch markets. This may involve virtual meetings as well as physical site visits. Report findings back to Collision Repair Program Manager
• Monitor and produce weekly/monthly reports on open repair cases in Lucid Approved Bodyshop European network. *To include all Satellite Service opportunities
• Collate and monitor key KPI's for approved body shop program performance
• Work with Body Shop Management software platforms to develop appropriate integration with the Lucid Body Repair Program QMS.
• Provide Bodyshop Technical support to European repairers, remote and in person when needed. This role will become a future opportunity in terms of headcount.
• Streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability, and value for the Lucid Body Repair Program
• Support Body Repair partners with enquiries regarding Tech Info Portal, spare parts queries and keep a log of active requests and open cases.
• Work closely with the Customer care team, to answer questions concerning customer delays, parts shortages and repair standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering and/or a minimum 10 years experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry
• Experience within an EV OEM environment a distinct advantage
• Technical knowledge and practical skills related to vehicle repair processes, case escalation and technical support
• Ability to deliver the highest standard of Bodyshop Technical training in a class environment.
• Body Shop Operational experience would be an advantage
• Analytical computer skills: Expert at Excel, Database skills
• Project Management experience
• Team player
• Driven and accountable selfstarter, with ability to identify and communicate priorities, and work independently in a fastpaced industry at a rapidly growing organization
• Strong ability to prepare and present data in a visually appealing and easy to understand manner.
• Excellent Proven Communication & Presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure
