In terms of qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of project management or process coordination experience, preferably in the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the preclinical development process.
- Proven track record of managing multiple processes in parallel.
